Sabahan vendors are granted a clear mandate and privileges, with a focus on developing base services and commercial margin of preference, including for those in smart partnerships. Certain tenders will mandate partnerships with Sabahan vendors to foster medium and high complexity service development by local companies and their associates.
Performance reviews are being conducted at vendor, PACSs, and PETRONAS Group levels. This ensures alignment with policy implementation and annual target setting, with monthly and quarterly reviews to assess performance.
