Dr Dionysia Kibat
Chief Executive Office
Dr. Dionysia Kibat is a highly esteemed Chartered Accountant and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from University Technology Mara. Dr. Dionysia is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG). From 2021 to 2022, she served as the Chairperson of the MIA Sabah Regional Branch. She completed her Doctorate in Business Administration at University Technology Mara, focusing on Gender Diversity in the Corporate Boardroom. Dr. Dionysia started her career at Ernst & Young and later joined Suria Capital Holdings Berhad as the Group Internal Auditor. She then became the Chief Financial Officer of a prominent State GLC in Sabah. In 2018, she worked as the Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Finance of Sabah, overseeing state agencies and investments. She played a pivotal role in negotiating the Commercial Collaboration Agreement between the State of Sabah and PETRONAS. Currently, Dr. Dionysia serves on the boards of several Sabah State GLCs and holds the position of Alternate Director in Petronas LNG9 Sdn Bhd. Her commitment to excellence and expertise make her an invaluable asset to the organizations she is associated with.

Albert Lo's educational foundation includes a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Plant Engineering, further complemented by practical experience in offshore field operations. Demonstrating exceptional proficiency, he excels in a multitude of areas, including Joint Venture Business Management, Production Management, Asset Operations, HSSE, Integrated Activity Planning, and Business Re-engineering. Albert Lo boasts an impeccable track record of achieving success even in the face of challenging circumstances, consistently showcasing his unparalleled ability to drive results. Moreover, his aptitude for developing and implementing world-class HSE Management systems is widely acknowledged and highly regarded.

Terry Biusing is a highly skilled and accomplished business management professional within the energy sector. He embarked on his career journey at Royal Dutch Shell in 1992, following the successful completion of his studies at the esteemed University of Wisconsin-Madison. Throughout his illustrious career, Terry has assumed diverse and pivotal roles encompassing operations, finance, governance, and asset management. Notably, as the Chief Operating Officer for E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd, he spearheaded the strategic expansion and seamless operations for esteemed clients such as PETRONAS, Sabah Shell Petroleum, and Petrofac Malaysia. Terry's unwavering commitment to achieving operational excellence is evident in his remarkable contributions as the head of project and operations management in Kuala Lumpur for Wood Group Mustang. Furthermore, he has served as a distinguished board member of Handal Energy Berhad, further solidifying his expertise and leadership acumen. In January 2020, Terry assumed the esteemed position of Executive Director and Group Chief Operating Officer, further cementing his remarkable professional trajectory.
